The core questions are festival-neutral. Choose one of four optional, unscored host modules in an existing story or craft slot; keep the planned finish time.
Use greeting, memory, colour, cooperation or gratitude prompts. Confirm local customs and the date with your host.
Every activity is optional. Food games default to pictures during fasting. Chhath social games are separate from fasting, offerings and worship, with no water-side game venue or imitation rituals.
Staffing, registration, team seating, route, PA rehearsal and locally completed safety checks.
MC cues, audience stage files, live Tambola numbers and private verification. Community and Grand include the tower scoreboard.
Verified categories, colour certificates, voluntary thank-you notes and optional photo or drawing.
The organiser arranges venue, volunteers, equipment, physical prizes, permissions and music rights. No hired staff, catering, venue or sound equipment is included.
We generate a fresh batch for each confirmed RWA order. REVIEW files are samples. Your order reference, ticket IDs and private master must stay together. Fulfilment timing will be confirmed before payment; this preview cannot take an order.
Residents receive issued tickets. They must never receive the ticket master, allocation register or private verifier booklet.
Each RWA licence covers one named community and one selected festive event. Read the reviewed final licence before purchase.
Tickets and participation must be free. No paid chances, mandatory game-entry fees, wagers, cash stakes or participant-funded prizes. Local requirements still need checking.
